Criteria:
- Sales experience is an advantage
- Applicants must have excellent customer service skills
- Good standard of spoken and written English and if you are a native English speaker a second language is desirable.
- Headset with the ability to do good quality SL Voice
- Must have been in SL for at least three (3) months and must be able to explain technical aspects of voice and SL skills.
- A helper needs to be friendly and patient above all
- The ability to work between the hours of 2am and 2am PDT time (SL Time), including the weekends. (You will not work 7 days a week or all of the hours. There is no minimum hour per week, but 5+ hours is preferable. ) The above are the hours that we mainly work. The hours between 2pm and 2am are sporadic.
- Must be able to multi-task
- A people person. We work with people from all over the world. They are from different cultures and backgrounds. The individuals in the positions must be open minded and able to converse easily on a variety of topics.
- The ability to give your real life information. LanguageLab.com is a real company in England and it is required by law that we have your real life name and address on file.
