For this reason, Languagelab has created English City. English City is a virtual online city designed to improve your English. Here, you are surrounded by the language, just like in a real English-speaking city. Everyone is a real person you can speak to. You can visit shops, museums, parks, the airport and even the zoo! It is just like a real English-speaking city, but online.

Community and Events

All our courses include unlimited City Events. These are fun, informal classes and the perfect place to practise conversation. City Events include games, role-plays, and trips around the city. You can even interview a well known person or go to a live music concert!

English City has a fantastic community of English teachers and students from all across the world. Everyone gets to meet, talk to, and learn from people internationally.
