There is always someone to help you at the Languagelab registration centre, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. The Helpers are from all over the world and are experts at helping people with technical difficulties and recommending classes and activities to students.
Your Helper can:
- Answer questions and explain what Languagelab has to offer,
including:
- Details of study plans
- Qualifications of teachers and staff
- How the City and Registration centre work
- Provide tours for students and teachers around English City
- Assist & Instruct students, and staff in...
- Use of voice
- Second Life Skills (i.e. movement, objects, appearance, inventory, etc.)
- Languagelab & Languagelife websites (i.e. booking classes, schedule, student desktop etc...)
- Customer Service Issues like technical bugs, problems with activities & classes, affiliate accounts & use of the website, etc...
- Provide conversation (if no activities are occurring), mentor-ship and friendship to students and prospects. They are committed to seek out this relationship as well.
- Run and participate in activities in the Welcome Area such as Guest Speakers, Charity Events, Quizzes and any other Special Event.
